近年來，食物浪費越來越受到地方重視，雖然食物浪費發生在食物供應鏈的各個階段，但私人的家庭已被確定為食物浪費產生的關鍵(Schanes et al., 2018)。人們在日常生活中常常會接觸到的家電設備，其中一項就是冰箱，冰箱在保存食物方面發揮重要的作用，由於食物的浪費是一個關鍵的資源問題，消費者一旦將食物放在冰箱中，時常會忘記這些食物還是有保存期限的問題。資訊冰箱可以有很多功能，可以透過人機瞭解冰箱內部剩餘的食物數量、保存日期，或是搭配手機監控，可以在商店購物時確認食物是否足夠。人機介面應用在許多地方，如果沒有人機介面與互動，日常生活中圖書館運作提供的服務就不會像今天一樣方便。本研究透過問卷

調查，藉由問卷了解消費者使用此冰箱食材管理系統的動機，以及知道消費者的期待與需求，確認需求後再利用網頁設計符合人性直覺、易操作、舒服的人機介面呈現給32位受測者實驗操作，用任務模式讓受測者完整的操作系統上的所有功能(例如存取食材、搜尋存取紀錄、修改存放數量、修改食材保存期限等等)，利用QUIS量表、SUS量表得出受測者在操作中的主觀建議，最後透過統計軟體SPSS進行分析。預期本研究結果將可應用在人機介面設計參考，提供人機互動時設計評估參考原則，達到整體減少食物浪費的問題也能提升資訊家電的使用程度。最後，結果展示了對每份問卷中所有被評估項目的詳細分析結果，以表明那些受測者對於特定問項的看法與建議
