府勞務專案,專案利害關係人滿意度,會因性別、年齡與居住地之不同而異。依利害關係人參與現況,可將專案利害關係人分為未知、抵制、支持與領導等四種類型。整體而言,已知本活動專案之抵制者、支持者與領導者等不同參與情況之政府勞務專案利害關係人,無論在活動面、環境面、經營設施面或整體滿意度,均有顯著差異,其滿意度依序為領導者、支持者與抵制者。利害關係人與參與程度有交互影響關係,無論在類別、參與程度及其交互作用對整體滿意度,均有顯著影響;利害關係人之參與人員在未來參與程度的整體滿意度,有顯著差異,其滿意度依序為:高度領導者、高度支持者、支持者與抗拒者。
