女性經濟實力崛起,珠寶飾品具投資性質又可以穿戴的特性,讓女性愛不釋手,珠寶飾品貴為奢侈品中的一個分支,從社會學家的角度,女性購買奢侈品意味此族群的權力提升與財富分配的轉移,代表著女性解放與兩性富裕程度平等化,但這是否確切存在於女性購買或配戴珠寶飾品的實務觀點?而當時代變遷,女性從家庭轉而投入職場,所有經濟活動都與社會性有關,而社會性的認知發展,則是由眾多個人心智組成,因此本研究選擇研究消費者心理的ZMET訪談技術,去探究女性的心智地圖,研究女性消費者對飾品的心智模式。本研究得到女性消費者心理之結論:(1)女性消費者購買與自我心情有共鳴之風格珠寶飾品,打扮出自我風格,使自己轉換心情與紓解日常累

空腔側光式LED燈具設計―反射杯的設計與應用

本研究是探討使用目前LED市場的主流產品表面黏著型(SMD)LED為光源來開發一小型空腔側光式LED燈具。由於SMD屬於大角度Lambertian面光源,若單純將SMD置於側光式燈具側邊,這會使光線都集中於側光式出光面的周圍,在出光面中央的能量相對少,造成強烈的明暗對比,所以我們希望藉由設計特殊的反射結構使光源達到收斂、修正的效果,改善空腔側光式LED燈具出光面不均勻的現象,同時也希望能研擬出一套簡單、快速、可靠的設計方法,以提升產業利用性。本研究中,我們是使用模擬與實驗驗證交互近型的產品開發流程來進行小尺寸之薄型空腔側光式LED燈具的開發與設計。所使用的軟體為ASAP光學模擬軟體與Soli

dWorks 3D CAD設計軟體。主要工作分成兩部分,分別是SMD LED反射杯的設計與製作及應用此種修正後光源之空腔側光式LED燈具的設計與製作。第一部分工作包刮了制定的產品規格、以光學模擬決定合適的LED燈具的設計與製作、依LED光源場型選定SMD LED(圓型、方型...等)並建構其精準的ASAP光學膜型、SMD反射杯的光學設計、SMD LED反射杯的SoildWorks 3D模型繪製、SMD LED反射杯製作委外、SMD LED/反射杯圓型光學廠型量測等。其中SMD LED反射杯的光學設計為透過各層反射結構的斜率設計,使光源導引至特定位置。第二部分主要是為提高燈具出光效率所進行的空腔

底板的光學設計,讓燈具出光效率與出光面均勻度符合規格要求,極整個薄型空腔側光式LED燈具的機構設計與SolidWorks 3D模型繪製,而燈具的委託製作及燈具圓型的光學效能量測也涵蓋在此部份工作內。我們於本研究中,總共完成了兩組小尺寸之薄型空腔側光式LED燈具設計與製作,燈具腔體規格分別為124x112x15 mm與170x112x15 mm。其中包括2835 SMD LED長方形與圓形反射杯的設計與製作,經量測,未加反射杯的SMD LED(長方形)其半角為60∘,加上反射杯後(長方形)半角收斂至10∘以內(垂直面),加上反射杯後(圓形)則半角收斂至12∘以內。將SMD LED與2835長方型

LED反射杯置於規格124x112x15 mm空腔側光式LED燈具中,量測照度均勻度為84%,效率值則達到80%以上,將SMD LED與2835圓形LED反射杯置於規格170x112x15 mm空腔側光式LED燈具中,量測照度均勻度為86%,效率值則達到80%以上。為了確定光源經過反射杯對出光場型造成的影響,因此也對規格3535圓型SMD LED反射杯設計與製作。經量測,未加反射杯的SMD LED其半角為60∘,加上反射杯後半角收斂至7.5∘以內。比較使用砲彈型LED的空腔側光式燈具,本研究產品出光均勻性表現雖略遜於是用砲彈型LED的空腔側光式燈具,但在出光效率的表現上則不相上下,且成本較低廉

、整體燈具效率更高(lm/W)、此架構可薄型化設計,但在斜視角觀測燈具出光面可看見光源亮點,在往後的工作中除了持續提高出光效率與均勻度外,最主要的目標更要以消除空腔側光式架構的缺陷為主要取向。
