臺灣現行山域事故救援機制,由山域管理機關第一時間就近救援,並視事故情節,由消防機關馳援並統合山域管理機關、警察機關及民間救援團體等救援單位資源,共同執行人命救助工作;消防機關善於執行已知事故點之人命救助工作,然而對於迷途或失聯(遲歸)型事故之迷途者搜索作業,往往需動員大量人力、時間及物力執行。究其背後原因,除各地山域型態、救援量能、實務經驗及跨單位合作等因素極具地區特性外,消防機關所屬指揮與幕僚人員,倘若對於事故地山域資訊及迷途者行為模式掌握度不足,加上山域通訊聯繫障礙等等種種因素,往往造成搜索作業效率不彰。地圖和資訊對於決定搜索範圍規劃以及救援資源分配,具有相當大輔助作用。國外山域事故救援

單位對於搜索作業之研究與發展,已累積海量事故數據及分析,進而分類各族群迷途者行為模式,同時結合地理空間資訊系統(GIS, Geographic Information System)對於數據蒐集、分析及輸出等特性,應用於迷途者搜索作業上,有著十分顯著成效,並且蔚為一門搜索學問。本研究透過臺灣特定縣市之登山者迷途案件彙整,經描述統計分析,綜整迷途者尋獲、偏離路徑距離,以及尋獲時各項行為數據,結合GIS處理優勢,提供劃定搜索範圍時參考,甚至可推估迷途者去哪裡或在哪裡,並更能呈現事故全貌,客觀規劃出合理的搜索計畫,進而改善現行迷途者搜索作業效率,作為指揮者決策判斷參考工具之一。

  工業革命造就了快速發展的社會與資本主義的出現,導致全球暖化與污染加劇,野生動植物棲息地的減少、天然資源的枯竭與破壞的環境問題持續出現。企業社會責任包括需對股東或消費者等利益相關人負責,同時兼顧其對環境以及社會之影響。最初企業營利的本質與環境永續追求的目標相互衝突,在國際社會的努力下,永續發展的思想逐漸替代了單純生態導向的議題。近年快時尚掀起時裝旋風的同時,由於產品供應鏈上所造成的環境問題,使快時尚產業被列為重大汙染產業之一。  本文針對歐洲快速時尚品牌ZARA與H&M在企業社會責任中的環境永續層面,面臨社會背景與趨勢的轉變,從接納環境永續的概念,直到落實自身在永續面向的企業社會責任之實踐

作為進行研究。  研究結果顯示,由於企業社會責任與環境永續的問題影響範圍逐漸擴大,許多調查發現快時尚產業 在永續領域的不足企業受到媒體的渲染與輿論壓力等因素的影響 意識到在環境永續議題漸被重視的社會下面臨營運困境,從而開始做出實際改變,並將其融入營運策略之中。透過研究個案每年發布的年度報告與永續報告書、外界機構的評估報告與團體組織的調查,以及相關文獻資料發現,快時尚產業中的環境永續意識正在興起;企業投入的心力和品牌供應鏈所做的改變,使經濟發展與環境永續轉化為合作的關係;企業在改進內部機制與策略的同時,也和同樣具知名度的其他品牌、機構、組織等建立合作關係,以對整體產業發揮一定的影響力,一同邁向永
