近年來因為社會結構的轉變加上新型冠狀病毒的侵襲，且家庭型態以小家庭居多，平時都將時間分配在課業、工作之上，無法分神於居家清潔環境上，但因為新型冠狀病毒的擴散，迫使各個家庭不得不重視居家清潔這個問題，而這些日積月累的灰塵、雜物、髒污也不是可以立即就清潔完的，因此進而帶動了居家清潔業的新起。本硏究以A 公司為例先針對家事服務業者與顧客建立關係及信任做訪談，用組合深度訪談法及結構式訪談法分析執行訪談，再將這些受訪業者的訪談進行內容彙整，而後訪談消費者關於溝通和建立關係的作法是否有效，進而促成願意並持續消費的動機。藉由深度訪談(半結構式訪談），透過直接互動，進行問題的整體探討，瞭解在創業初期尚為有資
