本研究分別利用單光子雪崩式二極體產生的光計數和暗計數搭配數位控制電路生成隨機雷射脈衝以達到消除光達系統間干擾的效果。其中,光計數的部分是以發光二極體觸發之光計數的方式生成隨機分布訊號,同時藉由T18HVG2之Cell-Based Design取代本實驗室原本現場可程式化邏輯閘陣列的方式實現數位控制電路以提升系統整合度。最終,在實際給予1MHz定頻雷射干擾下,生成1MHz隨機雷射脈衝進行測距能擁有40.84dB之干擾抑制比的效果;而暗計數的部分則是以現場可程式化邏輯閘陣列的方式實現數位控制電路,同時藉由單光子雪崩式二極體元件產生之暗計數取代本實驗室原本發光二極體觸發之光計數的方式生成隨機分布訊

號以提升系統整合度。最終,在實際給予1MHz定頻雷射干擾下,生成1MHz隨機雷射脈衝進行測距能擁有41.18dB之干擾抑制比的效果。
