隨著電子商務的興起和消費者逐漸從線下購買轉變為線上購買之消費習慣,網路零售商經常使用不同類型的促銷活動來提高消費者的購買意願,但是,很少有研究探討如何減少線上促銷引起的無為慣性。無為慣性意味著當人們錯過了以前具有吸引力的機會時,面對第二次相同或相似的機會,但相對吸引力較小時,他們不太可能接受第二個機會。本研究以線上購物為背景進行兩項實驗,探討金錢和非金錢促銷類型的不確定性對無為慣性的影響和不確定促銷中最佳可能結果的效果。在實驗一中,我們發現當消費者錯過了吸引力較高的金錢促銷後,再面對吸引力較低的金錢促銷時,比起確定的金錢促銷和不確定的金錢促銷但可能獲得較差的最佳可能結果,不確定的金錢促銷但可

能獲得較好的最佳可能結果的無為慣性較低。在實驗二中,我們發現當消費者錯過了吸引力較高的非金錢促銷後,再面對吸引力較低的非金錢促銷時,比起確定的非金錢促銷和不確定的非金錢促銷但可能獲得較差的最佳可能結果,不確定的非金錢促銷但可能獲得較好的最佳可能結果的無為慣性較低。我們也比較實驗一與實驗二的無為慣性效果,發現不確定的非金錢促銷相較於不確定的金錢促銷可以更有效克服無為慣性,還能維持消費者對產品的評估價值。本研究結果可以幫助電商業者有效制定促銷策略。

日常生活中可以看到各式各樣的圖片,圖片意象在廣告中是常見的元素,其所傳達的視覺意象可以分為靜態與動態,動態意象即是從靜止的圖片中感受到「動」的感覺,若圖片具有越高的動態意象代表畫面更具有動感,內容看起來更生動。觀察生活周遭的運動廣告,可以發現廣告為增加視覺投入,吸引消費者注意,使用非常多動態意象的圖像。再者,運動廣告其行銷主體多是在運動的狀態下使用或觀賞,通常會比其他類型的廣告更強調動態意象,以呈現出動感,不過,亦有運動廣告以靜態意象呈現代言人特質或產品特色,因此瞭解圖片意象對消費者評估造成的影響,以及其中動態意象的方向性如何結合概念隱喻,搭配不同定位的運動產品及品牌,以促發最佳廣告效果,即

為值得深入研究的議題。本研究共執行兩個預試和三個實驗,實驗一探討運動廣告中,動態意象的圖片如何透過心理模擬機制,影響消費者的態度評估與購買意願。實驗二與三則為釐清運動產品與運動品牌定位的干擾作用,探討動態意象的方向性分別與左─右及前─後空間相關的概念隱喻結合下,透過處理流暢機制來影響廣告效果。研究結果發現:(1)運動廣告中動態意象相較於靜態意象,可以透過先過程而後結果模擬的序列中介,產生較佳的態度反應與購買意願;(2)傳統定位與現代定位運動產品,能分別聯結過去與未來的時間概念;(3)傳統產品搭配動態向左、現代產品搭配動態向右,能透過提高處理流暢性,正向影響廣告效果;(4)基於品牌─消費者關係之

概念,朋友定位與領導者定位的運動品牌,能分別產生親密度高與低的概念聯結;(5)朋友類型品牌搭配動態向前、領導者類型品牌搭配動態向後,能透過提高處理流暢性,產生較佳的廣告效果。本研究結果為運動廣告中的動態意象之運用,提供理論貢獻及相關實務建議。
