數位內容的工作特性對留任關鍵因素之影響-以某公司為例

在近年來,數位內容產業在政府政策規劃與全球產業需求增加,數位內容人才迅速增加,產業也逐步擴展。對於數位內容工作者加入產業的動機產生興趣,進一步探討數位內容工作者加入與留任於企業因素的影響。本研究採用質性研究方法,由某個案公司為例,由數位內容產業、工作特性、主管領導風格等相關文獻進行分析與探討。本研究結果發現選擇數位內容產業動機的關鍵因素為自身興趣與積極主動學習。選擇進入企業的工作者的人格特質則是傾向穩定性。經由工作特性分析發現,數位內容工作者屬於高需求度的員工,重要心理狀態的滿足對於留任意願的影響程度高。經訪談分析研究發現,提高員工留任意願的影響因素為「變革型領導」、「重視員工之公司文化」、

「滿足員工成就感」、「愉悅的工作氛圍」及「工作未來發展性」。
