由於高齡化社會快速來臨,老年人受到慢性疾病的困擾也日益增加,需長期尋求門診就醫治療,如此消耗全民健康保險醫療經費與民眾負擔將非常龐大,其中膝關節炎產生的疼痛,若合併老化,會削弱膝關節的平衡能力,嚴重影響老年人的生活品質。 本研究為探討膝關節炎患者之人口統計變量、疼痛程度與平衡能力在生活品質之關鍵因素。招募患有輕至中度膝關節炎門診患者 60 名與無膝關節炎之對照組 30 名,兩組受試者都接受人口統計資料調查表調查、生活品質量表調查、平衡測試儀測試與膝關節炎患者接受疼痛自覺量表調查。本研究分三部分:1.探討人口統計變量影響生活品質之關鍵因素。2.探討平衡能力影響生活品質之關鍵因素。

3.進一步分析人口統計變量、疼痛程度與平衡能力影響生活品質之重要度排序,以驗證上述生活品質之關鍵因素。 結果在人口統計變量中的月支配金額是影響膝關節炎患者生活品質之關鍵因素。平衡能力中的重心搖晃速度是影響膝關節炎患者生活品質之關鍵因素。人口統計變量與平衡能力影響生活品質之重要度排序,驗證月支配金額與重心搖晃速度是影響膝關節炎患者生活品質之關鍵因素。因此,膝關節炎患者之運動復健處方及自我管理策略需考量患者的生活品質,增加患者的平衡訓練並且提早進行個人財務規劃,進而提升其健康的生活品質。 本研究結果可做為健康長者預防策略與患者自我管理之依據,強調預防重於治療的重要性,也可做為醫療相關人

新冠肺炎疫情發生前後基金經理人從眾行為影響軍人保險準備金績效之研究-以臺灣國內基金為例

學術上已有許多研究探討過股市發生劇烈變動時,投資人可能產生的從眾行為,但2021年危害全球的新冠肺炎疫情卻是近百年來最嚴重的傳染病,與以往肇因於經濟或金融危機所引發股市劇烈變動的原因明顯不同,而我國軍人保險準備金係以基金管理模式委外代操,此引發本研究想探討之目的:新冠肺炎疫情下是否會影響臺灣基金經理人的從眾行為、個別基金從眾程度是否影響基金績效。樣本期間為2018年7月到2021年6月,樣本選取為臺灣股市的國內基金。本研究首先採用CSSD值及CSAD值以衡量市場從眾的程度,以疫情時期的虛擬變數以及市場報酬平方的交互項來判定新冠肺炎疫情是否會提高從眾行為,進而使用LSV從眾指標衡量個別基金的從

眾程度,區分高、低從眾組觀察後續的績效表現。實證結果發現均支持在疫情發生後增加了基金經理人的從眾行為。在疫情發生前,高度從眾基金獲利能力較低度從眾為差。在疫情發生後,高度從眾基金的獲利能力較低度從眾為佳。研究結果可供軍保基金及未來投資人面對此類因疫情所產生突發性危機的投資參考。
