本研究旨在了解非行少年在社會性農場安置之生活經驗,探討研究參與者安置在社會性農場的心理狀態以及影響其心理復原之因素。採用質性研究之個案研究法,進行訪談資料收集,以阿德勒個體心理學、鮑比依附理論為分析概念,綜合討論非行少年之早期生活經驗及依附型態如何影響其在農場心理適應上的問題。本研究場域在某立案之私人農場,以裁定保護管束少年為研究對象,研究參與者共4位,每一位都經歷過童年情感及照顧忽視的處境,父親為主要依附對象,有酗酒或家暴之行為,母親則自兒童時期即長期缺位;在家庭功能不彰的情況之下,4位少年長期處在不安全依附的關係之中,發展出負向的生命風格以及內在運作模式,產生自卑情結與補償行為,形成焦慮

或逃避依附的型態,並在青春期出現物質使用的行為。當社性農場作為社區處遇的場域,以農務勞動為操作媒介,在協助個案康復的過程中,本研究發現不能忽略每一位非行少年的個別心理議題,有必要去理解每一位少年的早期生命經驗的脈絡,他們背負著早期童年的負面經驗,處在受害和自我分裂的狀態中,當其轉換到一個具有輔導教化的環境,必然對場域存有極大的不安全感,倘若疏於開放性溝通,導致對農場認同失敗,實不利於少年們與農場建置出安全依附關係,甚或可能發展出負向小團體,與農場陷入僵持的局面;因此,本研究發現心理安全感之建置、開放性對話、農場角色混淆及治療能量是影響研究參與者在農場重建心理復原力的阻礙。此外,當農場作為一個恢

復性的自然場域,其自然環境條件之恢復性功能則表現在研究參與者的生理健康方面。
